The delivery was right on schedule, just in time for a long business trip! Overall, very good service. I will order from us in the future. Smart, good looking, a great bag for trips that require longer stays. My husband and I share this one. We have matching overnight cases and the smaller Skyway carry on that you can take for shorter 2 to 3 day trips. We love this set of luggage and everyone who has seen it has told us how great it looks. Thank you for providing the perfect bags for us. This is my second Fl-air III bag and I love both of them, my 25" and the rolling carry-on. I now am prepared for both a long and short trip. I particularly like the toiletries hanging bag in each.

I am, overall, very satisfied with my purchase of this bag. It has held up extremely well and, more importantly, been easy to handle while traveling. E-Bags have the best values for purses, suitcases, etc. anywhere that I shop. I have tons of things from e-bags, and get compliments all the time. Keep up the great effort! This product is not balanced conveniently. When it is packed, it will not stand upright on it''''s own. It will fall over. This is not convenientfor travelling through airports, or unpacking the trunk of a car. This is the best piece of luggage I have ever owned. It is light and compact, yet it holds a ton of stuff. The adjustable handle is one of the best features, because I''''m tall and most rolling luggage hits me in the back of my foot when I walk with it. This one doesn''''t. Also it looks great and fits in any overhead compartment easily. I flown with it several times and it is great.

The feel and look of the leather on this bag is terrific, as is the construction. I love the way it is organized and I can always find whatever I want in the bag. The design is good looking and all the hardware is attractive. My only complaint is the Velcro closure between the front and rear compartments. It does not stay closed. I will need to have this bag repaired/modified in order to wear it with confidence that my cell phone and glasses won''''t fall out! I travel monthly and the Perlina backpack bag I was using wasn''''t big enough for my trips-this bag is. I just got back and am pleased to say that everything fit just fine-glasses-three pairs, keys, wallet, lipsticks, 2 small books, etc. I really like THIS bag (and I''''ve tried many!) It''''s roomy; its deep; it has a section for my phone; it has credit card slots; it even has a small leather.
