I am, overall, very satisfied with my purchase of this bag. It has held up extremely well and, more importantly, been easy to handle while traveling. E-Bags have the best values for purses, suitcases, etc. anywhere that I shop. I have tons of things from e-bags, and get compliments all the time. Keep up the great effort! This product is not balanced conveniently. When it is packed, it will not stand upright on it''''s own. It will fall over. This is not convenientfor travelling through airports, or unpacking the trunk of a car. This is the best piece of luggage I have ever owned. It is light and compact, yet it holds a ton of stuff. The adjustable handle is one of the best features, because I''''m tall and most rolling luggage hits me in the back of my foot when I walk with it. This one doesn''''t. Also it looks great and fits in any overhead compartment easily. I flown with it several times and it is great.

Although the bag is highly rated for the four items above, the most significant drawback is the weakness of the handle and roller system. The bag is very large and can hold alot of items. Because the construction of the sides is fabric material, weight distribution causes problems with the effectiveness of the roller. The bag easily gets off balance and twists and turns while rolling. This bag has worked out well. Since it is just a huge open duffel type bag, you can fill it to it''''s capacity with just about anything, and it holds quite a lot. The only poor aspect of the construction is that there is no skeletal support of any kind, so the bag is limp and collapsed until you fill it up. I''''m extremely happy with this bag. I have a smaller piece in the same series, so I knew its construction would be sturdy. It has a great look, holds vast amounts of clothing and gear (even my oversized diving fins), and I''''m confident that it''''s not going to fall apart when being thrown around. I would definitely recommend this piece.
